My son Jacob Neubert has been missing since this morning. If anyone sees him please contact his mom at 814-331-6817, or the Bradford City Police Department. He is 14, green eyes, dirty blonde hair, around 5ft 9 and about 170 pounds. He left his phone so we are at this point assuming he has runaway.
