Attention CCHS Athletes

Sport physicals will be conducted on July 20th between the hours of 8:30 am-12:00 pm. This is for any student that attends CCHS who has NOT already gotten a physical and will NOT be able to see their family provider before the start of fall sports for the 2026-2027 school year. This is the last opportunity for students to get a physical done by the school before the fall season starts.

The student will need to bring a COMPLETED PIAA packet with them, which includes sections 1-5 signed by a parent/guardian, in order to get a physical. If it is not completed the physical will not be done. Additional PIAA packets can be found on the CCSD website by clicking on health and wellness and scrolling to the bottom to see ‘PIAA sports form’. They are also available at the CCHS office if you would prefer.
