5/2-5/4/2026 Blotter
On May 2, 2026 at 1:13 pm, Leon A. Reedus, 34, of Kenmore, NY, was taken into custody following a traffic stop in the City of Salamanca. Investigation revealed that Reedus, who was a passenger in the vehicle, had an active bench warrant out of Ellicottville Town Court. Reedus was transported and turned over to Ellicottville Police Department.
On May 3, 2026 at 12:29 pm, Samantha J. Miller, 38, of Olean, was arrested following a complaint at Walmart, it was found that Miller had entered the store after being banned from the property in 2025. Miller was charged with one count of Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree and was released on an appearance ticket. Miller is scheduled to be arraigned on a later date.
On May 3, 2026 at 7:19 pm, John R. Roulo, 42, of Olean, NY, was taken into custody after he was located walking on Coleman St. in the City of Olean. Roulo had active warrants out of New York State Police Olean and Allegany County Sheriff’s Office. Roulo was transported and turned over to the New State Police at the Olean Barracks.
On May 3, 2026 at 8:55 pm, Forrest R Smucinski, 27, of Olean, NY, was taken into custody following an unrelated incident that occurred on Tompkins St. in the City of Olean. Smucinski had multiple active warrants for a violation of probation out of Olean City Court. Smucinski was transported to Olean City Court where he was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
5/4/2026
On May 4, 2026 at 9:35 am, Steven K Bailey Jr, 34, of Olean, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Court. Bailey was arraigned in Cattaraugus County Family Court and was released on his own recognizance.
5/1/2026 DWI Arrest
On May 1, 2026 at 10:23 pm, Neena L. Hallock, 74, of Bradford PA, was taken into custody by deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, assigned to the Seneca Nation Allegany Territory. Hallock was subject to a traffic stop on S. Nine Mile Rd. in the Town of Carrollton due to multiple vehicle and traffic law infractions. Following an investigation Hallock was found to be driving while intoxicated. Hallock was transported to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office for processing. Hallock was processed and released on an appearance ticket and multiple uniform traffic tickets for the following charges: Driving While Intoxicated, Driving w/ 0.08 of 1% or More of Alcohol in Blood, Move from Lane Unsafely, and Fail to Keep Right. Hallock is due in the Town of Carrollton Court at a later date for further proceedings.
5/5/2026 Traffic Stop/Drug Arrest
On May 5, 2026 at about 5:18 Am Kristin P. Green (31), of Coldspring was taken into custody by Deputies assigned to the Seneca Nation Allegany Territory. Green was subject to a traffic stop for multiple vehicle and traffic violations where she was the passenger. Following an investigation into the vehicle and its occupants, Green was found to be in possession of a quantity of fentanyl and a scale. Green was taken to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office for processing where she was processed and released on an appearance ticket for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd. Green will appear in the Town of Little Valley Court at a later date for further proceedings.
