On May 13, 2026 at 2:15 pm, Chelsea Tarr was taken into custody on an active Cattaraugus County Violation of Probation Warrant. Ms. Tarr was transported to Cattaraugus County Jail and held pending arraignment in court.
On May 13, 2026 at 12:58 pm, Justin Neamon, (39), of Machias, was taken into custody by Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Deputies on an active arrest warrant out of Arcade PD for Intimidating a Victim/Witness in the 3rd degree. Neamon was transported and turned over to Arcade PD for processing and further court proceedings.
5/11/2026 Criminal Nuisance Arrest
On May 11, 2026 at 5:50 pm, Todd A Samples (68) of Coldspring, NY, was taken into custody after an investigation of Criminal Nuisance. In April 2026, Samples was seen putting construction nails into the roadway of Bunker Hill Road, causing a nuisance to the public and residents of Coldspring. Samples was processed without incident and issued appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Coldspring Court at a later date.
