Ella Todd DUNN-ROSKOS, 89, of Smethport, PA, died Sunday, July 5, 2026 in her home. Born November 17, 1936, in Port Allegany, she was the daughter of Russell L. and Kathryn Clark Todd. On October 22, 2001, she married Raymond J. Roskos, who predeceased her on October 29, 2019.
A 1954 graduate of Port Allegany High School, she was employed by Bell Telephone Company and Keystone Automatic Technologies, Inc. in Emporium. Ella was a member Port Allegany Moose Lodge #460 and American Legion Auxiliary Unit #976 in Crosby.
Surviving are: four children, Dianne Weaver (Fred) Eaton of Smethport, Todd (Jill Hoch) Weaver of Smethport, Shane E. (Cheri Frame) Dunn of Smethport, and Jasen A. (Bridget) Dunn of Bradford; nine grandchildren, Hannah Dunn, Carson Dunn, Graysen Dunn, Lily (Colin Ryan) Lewis, Kyley (Nick Colley) Weaver, Garrett (Alexandra Yasurek) Weaver, Bridgett Fowler, Brett (Marissa) Sircy, and David Eaton; four great-grandchildren Layla Fowler, Nora Fowler, Krew Weaver, and Kasen Weaver; nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, Ray, she was predeceased by three brothers, Norrace L. Todd, George R. Todd, and Lowell C. Todd.
Friends may call at Olney-Foust Funeral Homes & Crematory, Switzer Chapel, 77 Willow Street, Port Allegany, PA 16743 on Thursday, July 9, 2026 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, with Funeral Services following at 1:00 PM. Rev. Max Simms will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Port Allegany.
