MCKEAN COUNTY BENCH WARRANT / FAILURE TO PAY

On May 26, 2026, at approximately 2009 hours, City of Bradford Police located and arrested a female, Ashley M. Smith, 42, exiting 15 Pearl Street. Smith had an active arrest warrant out of the McKean County Sheriff's Office for failure to pay on a prior Aggravated Assault / DUI charge. Smith was transferred to the McKean County Jail.


All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
