Mother turns back on victim to support rapist son

A former member of the Pa. House of Representatives and the victim's mother wrote letters supporting a Williamsport rapist.


Alexzander Vaugh Feaster, 20, hoped to receive a time-served sentence for an incest of a minor conviction. Gardner, after saying the mother was silent for the victim, rejected the deal and sent Feaster back to the Lycoming County Prison to await a trial date.
