Northern Tier Community Action Marks 60 Years

The Northern Tier Community Action Corp. is celebrating 60 years of service to the residents of Cameron, Elk, McKean and Potter counties. Rep. Martin Causer (R-Cameron/McKean/Potter) presented a House citation honoring the achievement sponsored by him and Rep. Mike Armanini (R-Elk/Clearfield).
