Parents charged after toddler found alone by busy road three times

A Renovo couple has been charged after police say their child was found wandering alone by a busy street three times.
On April 23, the Renovo Police Department arrested Steven Sylvia, 37, and Erin Tripp, 33, after conducting an investigation into a series of three events that took place between April 13 and that day along Renovo Road in Chapman Township.
On each of the three occasions, a 3-year-old child was able to get out of an apartment, walk down a long flight of stairs, and walk on or along the busy road. The child had no shoes or clothes on and one time there was inclement weather.
