## Crash Synopsis:
This crash occurred as Unit #1 was traveling South on Kansas Branch Road in Otto Township. Unit #1 hit his front brakes causing the front wheel to slide out from under Unit #1. Operator #1 laid his dirtbike down on the roadway. Operator #1 became separated from Unit #1 and slid on the roadway causing minor injuries. Unit #1 skidded off the West side of the roadway and came to final rest in a grassy area near the roadway. Unit #1 suffered disabling damage and Operator #1 had minor injuries. PSP was assisted on scene by Otto Township Fire Department and TLC EMS.

On the above date and time, at the above listed location. Troopers conducted a traffic stop, during the traffic stop it was discovered the operator was driving while under the influence of a controlled substance. A search warrant was also granted for two vials of the operators blood, the search warrant was refused by the operator. This remains open pending court.
