The pigs are coming back, and this year they’re bringing a deal! The United Way of the
Bradford Area is excited to announce Pig Pass Day, a one-day ticket sale offering discounted admission to
the 28th Annual Pig Roast & Clam Bake.
On Friday, July 31, community members can purchase tickets for only $30, a savings of $20 off the regular
ticket price of $50. Tickets will be available in person only at the United Way office beginning at 8:00 a.m.
and will be sold until the limited supply is gone.
To make sure as many community members as possible have the opportunity to attend, there is a limit of
four tickets per person. Once the Pig Pass tickets are sold out, regular-priced tickets will be available for
$50 each.
The 28th Annual Pig Roast & Clam Bake will be held on Thursday, August 27, at the Bradford Lions Club
beginning at 5:30pm and will serve as the official kickoff event for the United Way’s annual fundraising
campaign. The event brings the community together for an evening of great food, fellowship, and support
for local programs and organizations that help strengthen the McKean County area.
“Pig Pass Day is a fun way to kick off the excitement surrounding our annual Pig Roast & Clam Bake,” said
Sarah Lonzi, Executive Director of the United Way of the Bradford Area. “This event is more than just a great
meal, it is the beginning of our annual campaign and a reminder that every ticket purchased helps support
vital programs and services throughout our community.”
Proceeds from the Pig Roast & Clam Bake directly benefit the United Way’s Annual Campaign, which
provides funding to local organizations addressing critical needs in education, health, and financial stability.
The United Way extends a special thank you to Northwest Bank, the Signature Sponsor of the 28th Annual
Pig Roast & Clam Bake, for helping make this community tradition possible.
