Port Allegany School District Releases Notice of Bussing Changes

Bus Route Changes

With the Arnold Avenue Bridge Project set to begin on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 there will be slight changes to our morning and afternoon bus routes to access the high School. All bus students on morning and afternoon bus routes for high school students will be dropped off and picked up in the back football field parking lot.

All other traffic to the school should be able to access the front of the high school for normal traffic needs. We are going to try this plan out tomorrow and see how it flows. We will make any necessary changes once we see how much the project impacts the exit of vehicles from our front parking lot.

We will continue to keep you updated as necessary while the bridge project gets under way.
