PSP Emporium: Shippen Township crash report (Oct. 28)

According to Pennsylvania State Police at Emporium, an October 28, 2026 truck crash in Shippen Township, Cameron County, damaged two utility poles and caused a power outage. PSP reports no injuries and says the unnamed operator was cited. The report does not establish a conviction.
