Warren Man Pleads Guilty to Rape, Statutory Sexual Assault
A Warren man recently pleaded guilty to four of the more than 20 felony counts he was facing, including rape and statutory sexual assault, in the Warren County Court of Common Pleas.
According to court records, Trevor G. Lester, 27, of Warren, pleaded guilty to one count of Rape of a Child (F1), two counts of Statutory Sexual Assault (F1), and one count of Aggravated Indecent Assault (F2), in front of Judge Todd Woodin on May 7, 2026. Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 18, 2026.
Lester was originally charged with 22 felony counts (multiple counts of the four he pleaded to, along with multiple counts of Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a Child, Corruption of Minors, and Indecent Assault) on Sept. 18, 2025, after a mother reported to police in May 2025 that Lester was exchanging explicit photographs with her 12-year-old daughter through Snapchat.
