Weather Update: NEXT SOAKING RAINFALL, WEDNESDAY

ARRIVES across western/central Pennsylvania through Wednesday and early afternoon, spreads into eastern Pennsylvania by the late afternoon and evening. Steady rains into the night before tapering off by Thursday morning for most locations.
Another soaking rain is on the way as a dynamic low-pressure system will pull a great deal of moisture. Periods of rain and embedded thunder will move through the state Wednesday into Wednesday night, before tapering Thursday morning. A general 0.50 - 1.25" of rain is currently expected, with the heaviest amounts across northern PA. Of course, any steadier downpour or heavier storm can lead to isolated higher amounts.
After a rainy weekend, how do you feel about another soaking rain system? At least this time it's not during the weekend, but this weekend's forecast is not looking the best either as temperatures drop into the 40s and low 50s and some model guidance even shows some flakes across northern PA!
