Wellsville, NY Police Arrest Reports

Monday June 1, 2026

  • Wellsville Police arrested Bradley W. Perry, age 41 of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Contempt 1st (Class E Felony), Aggravated Family Offense (Class E Felony), Criminal Obstruction of breathing (Class A Misdemeanor), Criminal Mischief 4th (Class A Misdemeanor) and Harassment 2nd (Violation). The charges stem from an incident that took place on Jefferson Street. Perry was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Perry is currently being held in the Allegany County Jail on $20,000.00 bail and is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

  • Wellsville Police arrested Patrick W. Gallagher Jr, age 34 of Wellsville, charging him with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place at Walgreens on North Main Street. Gallagher was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Gallagher is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 16th at 4:30 pm.
