Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Eveleth S. Fanton, age 33 of Hinsdale, charging her with failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court in February of 2022. Fanton was located by the New York State Police in Allegany, NY and turned over to Wellsville Police. Fanton was transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Fanton is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police arrested Kelly A. Blair, age 49 of Scio, charging her with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th – Credit Card (Class E Felony) and Grand Larceny – Credit Card (Class E Felony). The charges stem from an incident that took place on North Highland Ave. Blair was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Blair is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police arrested Tristan R. Collins, age 28 of Belfast, charging him with Burglary 3rd (Class D Felony), Grand Larceny 4th (Class E Felony) and Conspiracy 5th (Class A Misdemeanor). The charges stem from an incident that took place on Miller Street on April 20th. Collins was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Collins is being held on $5,000.00 cash bail and is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
