Attention Port Allegany Athletes: FALL SPORTS MAKE-UP PHYSICALS

Make-up physicals will take place on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, starting at 8:30 a.m. in the Port Allegany Elementary School Nurse's Office.


A printable PIAA Sports Physical Packet has been provided below in the event that your student misplaced their original copy. You may also stop by either school office to pick up a copy.


Students must have a completed PIAA sports packet on file or bring a completed packet with them in order to receive a sports physical.
