6/17/2026 Blotter
On June 17, 2026 at 4:00 am, patrol responded to Fair Oak Street for a report of Kristin P. Green hiding in the caller’s garage. Patrol obtained verbal consent from Sara Foster, the home owner to search the garage as Green was known to have multiple warrants for her arrest. Green was then taken into custody without issues. Green was taken to Little Valley Town Court where she was arraigned and then remanded to the jail.
On June 17, 2026 at 10:25 am, Christine L. White, 40, of Olean turned herself in on a Family Court Warrant. She was arraigned in Family Court and released on her own recognizes.
On June 17, 2026 at 3:50 pm, Bethany A. Phinney, 36, of New Albion, NY, was taken into custody after being located on W State St. in the City of Olean. Phinney had an active bench warrant out of Allegany Town Court. Phinney was transported to Allegany Town Court for arraignment, where she was released on her own recognizance. Phinney is due back at Allegany Town Court at a later date.
On June 17, 2026 at 6:07 pm, Jonathan R Pearson, 35, of San Diego, CA, was taken into custody following a traffic stop in the Town of Carrollton. Pearson had an active warrant out of Salamanca City Court. Pearson was transported to the Salamanca Police Department, where he turned over for arraignment at Salamanca City Court.

On June 16, 2026 at 8:49 pm, Douglas J. Zolner, 45, of Salamanca, NY, was arrested for a Felony Bench warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Court. Zolner was arrested and transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail. Douglas Zolner was held pending further court proceedings.
6/15/2026 Firearm Arrest
On June 15, 2026 at 7:20 pm, Robert A. Allen, 41, of Erie PA, was taken into custody by deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office assigned to the Seneca Nation Allegany Territory. Deputies responded to Sassy's Truck Stop in Carrollton following a complaint that an employee found a firearm in the bathroom. While deputies investigated this incident, Allen came back into Sassy's with the attempt to retrieve the firearm. Further investigation showed that Allen was found to be in illegal possession of the firearm by not having the firearm registered in the State of New York. Allen was then taken into custody for Criminal Possession of a Firearm. Allen was processed and released with an appearance ticket. Allen is due in the Carrollton Town Court at a later date for further proceedings.

On June 15, 2026 at 9:32 pm, Nathan R. Brown, 25, of Allegany, NY was taken into custody after being located at his residence in the Town of Allegany. Brown had an active warrant out Pennsylvania State Police Lewis Run. Brown was transported to Ellicottville Town Court for arraignment, where he was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail as a Fugitive from Justice. Brown will be held awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania.
On June 15, 2026 at 2:00 pm, the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force and Cattaraugus County Criminal Bureau arrested Bilal Fuller, 30, of Cheektowaga on a Federal Arrest Warrant. Bilal Fuller was held in Cattaraugus County Jail to await further court proceedings.

On June 12, 2026 at 6:35 pm, Gene C. Tingue, 69, of Yorkshire, was arrested for two warrants issued from Cattaraugus County Court. Gene was transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail. He is held pending further court proceedings.

On June 13, 2026 at 9:19 am, Cory J. Austin, 46, of Gowanda, NY was arrested on a Felony bench warrant (DWI: Previous Conviction of Designated Offence Within 10 Years). Austin was then turned over to the Cattaraugus County Jail where he will await further court proceedings.
6/12/2026 Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer Warrant
On June 12, 2026 at at 6:12 pm, Eric R. Smith, 36, of Olean NY was taken into custody by deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriffs Office assigned to the Seneca Nation Allegany Territory. Smith was initially located by the City of Olean Police Department and was found to have an active warrant for his arrest from a pursuit in the Town of Carrollton with the Cattaraugus County Sheriffs Office that occurred on May 1st, 2026. Smith was transported to the Cattaraugus County Sheriffs Office Olean Substation for processing. Smith was processed and issued an appearance ticket and multiple uniform traffic tickets for the following charges: Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd Degree, Reckless Driving, Speed in Zone (3 counts), Speeding in a Posted Work Zone, Failed to Stop at Stop Sign, Following Too Close, Moved From Lane Unsafely, and Unsafe Turn/Failure to Signal. Smith is due in the Town of Carrollton Court at a later date. Smith was then transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail where he was held as he had an active warrant for his arrest out of New York State Parole.
6/11/2026 Criminal Possession of Stolen Property
On June 11, 2026 at 7:56 pm, Charles E. Green III, 52, of Salamanca NY, was taken into custody by deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriffs Office assigned to the Seneca Nation Allegany Territory. Green was the subject of a complaint where he used a stolen credit card to make transactions at the Turtle Pit Café and Smoke Shop in Coldspring NY and at Edna’s Grab N Go in Salamanca NY. Green was observed on camera footage provided by both stores making the transactions on multiple separate dates and times. Green was located at an address on Lebanon Rd. in the Town of Coldspring by deputies. Green was found to be in possession of the credit card that was initially reported stolen, along with 4 other stolen credit cards that belonged to the same victim. Green was transported to the Cattaraugus County Sheriffs Office for processing. Green was processed and released on an appearance ticket for return to the City of Salamanca Court for the following charges: Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree and Petit Larceny. Green was also released on an appearance ticket for return to the Town of Coldspring Court for the following charges: Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree (8 counts), Petit Larceny (2 counts), and Attempted Petit Larceny. Green is due in both the Town of Coldspring Court and the City of Salamanca Court at a later date for further proceedings.
6/14/2026 Traffic Stop/Drug Arrest
On June 14, 2026 at 11:35 pm, Jordyn R. Sage, 22 of Allegany, NY, was taken into custody following a traffic stop on Washington St. in the City of Olean. Further investigation revealed Sage was in possession of a quantity of suspected Fentanyl. Sage was transported to the Cattaraugus County Olean Sub Station, where she was processed and released with an appearance ticket. Sage was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree and issued one uniform traffic ticket for Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign. Sage will appear in Olean City Court at a later date.
6/14/2026 Domestic Arrest
On June 14, 2026 at 4:40 am, Ronald G. Macchioni, (32) of East Otto was arrested following a domestic incident in the Town of East Otto. Ronald was taken into custody and transported to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office for processing. He was arraigned in the Town of Ellicottville court and bail was set. Ronald was turned over to the Cattaraugus County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.

On June 11, 2026 at 5:34 pm, Todd A. Dellahoy, 28, of Olean, NY, was taken into custody after he turned himself in to deputies, following an unrelated court appearance at Leon Town Court. Dellahoy had an active warrant out of Cattaraugus County Family Court. Dellahoy was arraigned at Leon Town Court, where he was released on his own recognizance. Dellahoy is due to appear at the next available Cattaraugus County Family Court date.
