Cattaraugus County, NY Sheriff's Arrest Report

  • On April 30, 2026 at 8:12pm Keith K Ellis, 31, Homeless, was taken into custody after being located walking in the Walmart parking lot in the Town of Allegany. Ellis had an active felony bench warrant out of the Cattaraugus County Court. Ellis was transported directly to the Cattaraugus County Jail, where he will be held, awaiting further court proceedings.

  • On April 28, 2026 at 10:49am, Robert W. Dibble, 37, and Angellea R. Ortiz, 35, both of Friendship, NY were arrested following a complaint at Walmart. It was determined that both individuals entered the store after being previously banned from the property in 2024. Both individuals were charged with one count of Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree and were released on an appearance ticket. They are scheduled to be arraigned in Allegany Town Court on a later date.
