Cuba, NY Police Dept. Arrest Report

On April 18th, 2026, at approximately 1:14PM, Cuba Police arrested Bruce A. Button (54) of Scio, NY. Button was arrested on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle (Violation), operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration (Unclassified Misdemeanor) and aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd ( Unclassified Misdemeanor). Button was issued citations and released. Button is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On April 25th, 2026, at approximately 12:20PM, following a motor vehicle accident on West Shore Road, Cuba Police arrested Timothy R. Hill (49) of Delevan, NY. Hill was arrested on charges of speed not reasonable and prudent(Violation), moved from lane unsafely (Violation), operating a motor vehicle without insurance (Violation), operating a trailer without registration (Violation), driving while intoxicated (Misdemeanor) and refusal to take a breath test (Violation). Hill was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail to await arraignment. Hill is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On April 26th, 2026, at approximately 6:00PM, Cuba Police arrested Dustin A. Huffer (42) of Batavia, NY. Huffer was arrested on charges of speed in zone (Violation) and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd (Unclassified Misdemeanor). Huffer was issued citations and released. Huffer is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On April 28th, 2026, at approximately 3:36PM, Cuba Police arrested Eunice M. Clark (43) of Cuba, NY. Clark was arrested on an active bench warrant. Clark was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail to await arraignment. Clark is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On April 30th, 2026, at approximately 4:19PM, Cuba Police arrested Brady M. Smith (34) of Olean, NY. Smith was arrested on charges of bail jumping 2nd (Felony). Smith was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail to await arraignment. Smith is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On May 3rd, 2026, at approximately 1:20 PM, Cuba Police arrested Dennis P. Padden (61) of Cuba, NY. Paddle was arrested on charges of failure to notify the DMV of an address change (Violation) and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd (Unclassified Misdemeanor). Padden was issued citations and released. Padden is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
