Former Teacher, Boy Scout Leader Pleads Guilty to Corruption of Minors Charges

A former Beaty Warren Middle School teacher and Boy Scout leader pleaded guilty to two Corruption of Minors charges on Friday, May 7, 2026.


Ryan A. Zavinski, 25 of Warren, was charged on July 29, 2025, with three counts each of Corruption of Minors – Defendant Age 18 or Above (F3), and Indecent Exposure (M1), along with four counts of Corruption of Minors (M1), after an investigation revealed that Zavinski exposed himself to, and furnished alcohol for, minors at his home in early-June 2025.
