Gregory Carl FLEWELLYN, 68, of Harrison Valley, PA, died Wednesday, October 21, 2026, in Jones Memorial Hospital, Wellsville, NY.  Born April 16, 1958, in Wellsville, he was the son of Craig and Catherine Stives Flewellyn.

A 1976 graduate of Whitesville Central School, he was employed by Whitesville Wood Products before joining the U.S. Army and serving honorably from 1984 – 1986.  After the Army, Greg moved to Virginia and worked for Cargo Transport, Inc. (CTI) in Dulles, VA.  An export cargo agent at CTI, he was responsible for organizing the movement of sensitive defense articles from the USA to Europe. His co-workers found him to be a loyal friend, always dependable, and the epitome of a true team member. He was highly regarded by his international colleagues.

Greg was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying cycling, hiking, fishing, and hunting prior to his stroke in 2012. He had a great sense of humor and found so much joy in being generous with everyone he loved, especially his grandnieces and grandnephews. He loved a nicely grilled hotdog, Celtic music, Elvis Radio, and anything that could be done outdoors.

Surviving are: four siblings, Jeffrey (Jalea) Flewellyn of Wellsville, NY, Debra (Craig) Kamiya of Ewa Beach, HI, Laurie (Tom) Mixter of TX and AK, and Lisa (Todd) Morris of Waupaca, WI; his favorite sister-in-law, Donna Flewellyn of Fairfax, VA; many nieces and nephews.
