There has been an update on the story of the man who fell into the creek behind a Miller Street property in Bradford back on Friday night.

WESB News has spoken to a family member of the victim, who was also a witness at the scene.

According to this witness, the man tripped over a wall with no security rail, resulting in him striking the concrete, receiving a major laceration to the side of his head, as well as a major brain injury.

Tragically, as a result of this accident, he succumbed to his injuries this morning.
