At 12:30 p.m. on April 30, 2026, 35 year old Kyle T. Margeson of 1026 Buffalo St. Olean was arrested on the 100 Block of S. 1st. St. Criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd. degree ( B Felony ) and Criminal use of drug paraphernalia ( A Misdemeanor ). Our Street Crimes Unit previously obtained a Search warrant for the person of Kyle Margeson . Margeson was in possession of Psilocybin mushrooms and drug paraphernalia when he was stopped.
The Street Crimes Unit was assisted by our Patrol unit, the Criminal investigation unit and the Southern tier regional drug task force.
