Wellsville Police arrested Brian E. Willetts, age 61 of Wellsville, charging him with DWI (Unclassified Misdemeanor), Reckless Driving – ATV (Infraction) and ATV equipment violation – no/illegal helmet (Infraction). The charges stem from a traffic accident involving an ATV on North Brooklyn Avenue. Willetts is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 16th at 4:30 pm. Additional charges are pending blood test results.

Wellsville Police arrested Denise L. Cross, age 58 of Friendship, charging her with Trespass (Violation). The charge stems from an incident that took place on North Main Street. Cross was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Cross is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 2nd at 4:30 pm.
Wellsville Police arrested Anndrena E. Aldstadt, age 37 of Olean, charging her with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place on South Main Street on February 3rd. Aldstadt was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Aldstadt is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 2nd at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Lisa M. Sexton, age 57 of Wellsville, charging her with Menacing 2nd (Class A Misdemeanor), Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th (Class A Misdemeanor) and Harassment 2nd (Violation). The charges stem from an incident that took place on Trapping Brook Road on May 21st. Sexton was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Sexton is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
