Saturday June 20, 2026
Wellsville Police arrested Priscilla J. Armstrong, age 43 of Wellsville, charging her with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charges stems from an incident that took place at 7 Eleven on March 27th. Armstrong was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Armstrong is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police arrested Urian C. Clark Jr, age 85 of Willing, charging him with Harassment 2nd (Violation). The charge stems from an incident that took place on Railroad Ave. on June 9th. Clark was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Clark is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Maria A. Rowe, age 35 of Alfred, charging her with failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 16th for a prior AUO 3rd charge. Rowe was located on Proctor Road and taken into custody. Rowe was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Rowe is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Edward A. Bulkeley III, age 35 of New Hudson, for failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 5th on a prior Harassment 2nd charge. Bulkeley was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Bulkeley was released and is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on July 7th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Adam M. Morehouse, age 25 of Wellsville, charging him with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place at Giant Food Mart on June 15th. Morehouse was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Morehouse is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on July 7th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Angelica L. Clark, age 31 of Hornell, charging her with failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court on October 14, 2025 on prior Petit Larceny charges. Clark was located by the Angelica Police Department on a traffic stop in Angelica. Clark was turned over to Wellsville Police, processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Clark is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Rachel M. Sebree, age 37 of Freedom, charging her with failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 3rd on a prior Petit Larceny charge. Sebree was located on South Brooklyn Avenue and taken into custody. Sebree was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Sebree is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Williams was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Williams is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
