Wellsville, NY Police Arrest Reports

Monday July 6, 2026

  • Wellsville Police arrested Crystal A. Haskins, age 39 of Amity, charging her with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place at 7 Eleven on June 24th. Haskins was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Haskins is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Tuesday July 7, 2026

  • Wellsville Police arrested Loretta A. Bartlett, age 32 of Wellsville, charging her with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place at 7 Eleven on July 1st. Bartlett was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Bartlett is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
