Wellsville, NY Police Arrest Reports

Thursday April 16, 2026

  • Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Eric T. Logue, age 46 of Wellsville, charging him with failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court on September 9th on a prior Grand Larceny 4th charge. Logue was located by the Allegany County Sheriff’s Department and turned over to Wellsville Police. Logue was transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Logue is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.


Sunday April 19, 2026

  • Wellsville Police arrested Jennifer J. Webster, age 44 of Belmont, charging her with DWI (Unclassified Misdemeanor), DWI w/BAC of .08% or more (Unclassified Misdemeanor) and No Stopping/Standing/Parking on Highway. The charges stem from a traffic stop on the Genesee Parkway. Webster was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party. Webster is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 5th at 4:30 pm.
