Randy B. Billings, age 60, of Independence, was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of Child, following an incident which occurred on N. Brooklyn Ave on May 5th. Billings was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.

Ashley A. Millard, age 44, of Wellsville, was arrested for Pettit Larceny following a shoplifting complaint from 7-11, which occurred on May 6th. Millard was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.

Wellsville Police arrested Christopher A. Sauls, age 33 of Wellsville, charging him with Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place on West State Street on May 6th. Sauls was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Sauls is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Jonathon L. Williams, age 31 of Fillmore, charging him with Failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court in May of 2022 on prior AUO 3rd and other vehicle and traffic charges. Williams was held at the Allegany County Jail pending his arraignment in CAP Court. Williams is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police arrested William P. Sherwood, age 47 of Scio, charging him with Disorderly Conduct (Violation). The charge stems from an incident that took place on Trapping Brook Road on May 9th. Sherwood was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Sherwood is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
