Wellsville, NY Police Make Arrest

Wellsville Police arrested Christopher D. Jackson, age 47 no permanent address, charging him with Menacing 1st (Class E Felony), Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd (Class D Felony), Criminal Mischief 4th (Class A Misdemeanor) and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th (Class A Misdemeanor).



The charges stem from an incident that took place on Trapping Brook Road. Jackson was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Jackson is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
