Community a Focus For Multiple Mckean County Organizations

Leadership begins with service, and strong communities are built by people who are willing to step forward and make a difference.

We are proud of Rising Leaders of McKean County (RISE), a committee of Leadership McKean, for partnering with United Way of the Bradford Area to host an Earth Day community clean-up focused on giving back to the place we call home. Events like this reflect the mission of Leadership McKean by empowering individuals to lead through action, collaboration, and community engagement.

RISE continues to help cultivate a culture where young professionals feel connected, inspired, and encouraged to invest in the future of McKean County. Through community servitude, these leaders are strengthening relationships, creating civic pride, and demonstrating that meaningful change happens when people work together with a shared purpose.
