Cuba, NY Police Dept. Arrest Report

  • On May 13th, 2026, at approximately 1:52 PM, Cuba Police arrested Joshua J. Mosher (43) of Olean, NY. Mosher was arrested on charges of petit larceny (Misdemeanor) and criminal possession of stolen property (Misdemeanor). Mosher was issued citations and released. Mosher is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

  • On May 14th, 2026, at approximately 3:43 PM, Cuba Police arrested Nicholas S. Haskins (28) of Cuba, NY. Haskins was arrested on an active bench warrant. Haskins was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail for arraignment. Haskins is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

  • On May 16th, 2026, at approximately 2:16PM, Cuba Police arrested Eunice M. Clark (43) of Cuba, NY. Clark was arrested on an active bench warrant. Clark was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail for arraignment. Clark is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

  • On May 16th, 2026, at approximately 9:40AM, Cuba Police arrested Erika L. Netzel (40) of Homeless. Netzel was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct (Violation) and obstructing governmental administration (Misdemeanor). Netzel was processed and released. Netzel is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

  • On May 17th, 2026, at approximately 5:57 PM, Cuba Police arrested Jeffrey M. Gesicki (25) of NY. Gesicki was arrested on charges of failure to obey a traffic control device (Violation) and aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd (Unclassified Misdemeanor). Gesicki was issued citations and released. Gesicki is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

  • On May 17th, 2026, at approximately 3:32 PM, Cuba Police arrested Heather M. Carey (37) of Hornellsville, NY. Carey was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle without inspection (Violation) and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration (Unclassified Misdemeanor). Carey was issued citations and released. Carey is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
