On March 5, 2026 at 9:30 am, Alden Wilder, 29, of Silver Creek NY, was taken into custody at the Cattaraugus County Building on a warrant out of Cattaraugus County Family Court. Wilder was arraigned in Cattaraugus County Family Court and sentenced to a term of 6 months incarceration in the Cattaraugus County Jail.
On March 5, 2026 at 2:15 pm, Thomas A. Cashmore, 39, or Olean was taken into custody at the Cattaraugus County Building on a Violation of Probation warrant, out of Cattaraugus County Court. Cashmore was processed and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail to await further court proceedings.
On March 5, 2026 at 4:45 pm, James Garcia, 24, of Little Valley, NY, was taken into custody after being observed in a public place in Little Valley. Garcia had an active bench warrant out of the Olean City Court. Garcia was transported to the City of Olean Police Department where he was issued an appearance ticket. Garcia is due back in court at a later date.
