Director of Community Development for NPRC Dannielle Fickenworth shared, "The Homesteading Series was a wonderful success in Kane, and we are excited to bring it to Saint Marys through our partnership with the Community Education Center. Participants shared that the series gave them practical skills they could use in their everyday lives while also helping them feel more connected to others in their community. For NPRC, this is exactly what community development is about: listening to local interests, creating accessible learning opportunities, and building meaningful relationships across our region."
