Oswayo Valley falls in opening contests

The Oswayo Valley baseball team started the year 1-2 with loses to Cowanesque Valley and Cameron County.


The Green Wave started the season on the road in Cowanesque Valley and suffered a 7-1 defeat to the defending District IV champs.


The Indians got on the board early with four runs in the first inning before knocking in another two in the second. Oswayo Valley struggled to get men aboard and racking up 12 strikeouts in the contest and managing just one hit.
