Port Allegany Boys, Cameron County Girls Win NTL Track & Field Titles; Tabox, Sherman, Lily Lehmier, McKean Named Outstanding Athletes

Port Allegany won the boys’ title and Cameron County the girls’ title at the NTL Track & Field meet Friday at Port Allegany.
The Gators scored 133.5 points, 32 ½ points ahead of second-place Smethport’s 103 points.
The Lady Raiders scored 154 points, 35 points ahead of second-place Coudersport’s 119 points.
Port Allegany’s Ethan Tarbox was named the Outstanding Boys’ Field Athlete after winning both the shot put and the discus, while Northern Potter’s Noah Sherman was named the Outstanding Boys’ Track Athlete after winning the 100-meter dash, the 400-meter dash, and the 800-meter dash and taking third in the 200-meter dash.
