Wellsville, NY Police Arrest Reports

Wednesday April 29, 2026

  • Wellsville Police arrested Jennifer M. Perkins, age 41 of Wellsville, charging her with Criminal Contempt 2nd (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place on Madison Street on April 5th. Perkins was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Perkins is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Thursday April 30, 2026

  • Wellsville Police arrested Kenny A. Hiraldo, age 21 of Bronx, NY, charging him with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place on April 27th at Dollar General. Hiraldo was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Hiraldo is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 19th at 4:30 pm. Wellsville Police were assisted by Alfred State University Police.

  • Wellsville Police arrested Asher T. Tocher, age 19 of Wellsville, charging him with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place at Dollar General. Tocher was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Tocher is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 19th at 4:30 pm.

Thursday April 30, 2026

  • Wellsville Police arrested Phillip J. Bacon, age 43 of Wellsville, charging him with Trespass (Violation). The charge stems from an incident that took place on West State Street on April 28th. Bacon was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Bacon is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
